Licensing Agreement

By purchasing and downloading digital machine embroidery designs from Stitch Realm, you are granted a single-user license. You agree to the following terms and conditions:

What You CAN Do (Approved Use):

  • Use the designs for unlimited personal projects.
  • Stitch the designs onto physical items (such as apparel, bags, hats, patches) and sell those physical finished products (Small Business Commercial Use).

What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Use):

  • Resell, trade, share, or distribute the digital embroidery files (.PES, .DST, .JEF, etc.) in any way, whether for free or for profit.
  • Modify, alter, or merge the digital files and claim them as your own work for digital resale.
  • Use the designs for mass production (over 500 physical units per design) without contacting us for an extended commercial license.
