At Stitch Realm, we take pride in the quality and precision of our digitization. However, due to the digital and instant-download nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions & Technical Support

We stand behind our work. If you experience a technical issue with a file (e.g., a corrupted ZIP file, missing machine format, or technical digitizing error), please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We will promptly provide a fixed file or the correct format. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion if we are unable to resolve a critical technical issue with the design file.
